Catherine Bell, an athletic and tall actor was birthed in London. As she was young, her mom moved the family members to Los Angeles. After dropping out of pre-med college to go into modeling in Japan, Catherine Bell decided to focus on her career as an actor. After appearing in a few commercials she returned home to L.A. and did some minimal shooting. Isabella Rosellini used her as her body-swapping mate when the film Death Became Her was released in 1992. She met her future wife (Adam Deason) during filming on the production. After a guest appearance on the NBC show JAG she sent a letter to the producers of JAG expressing her interest. JAG changed its location in 1996 and was transferred to CBS where she was named Lt. Commanding Officer Harmon "Harm" Rabb (David James Elliott). As a real-life skater and kickboxer, her athletic skills lead to physically challenging scenes in the action films Men of War, Crash Dive as well as Black Thunder.
